Role: Director within Johnson & Johnson's Data Science Portfolio Management team, focusing on innovative data-driven solutions for Oncology, specifically Prostate Cancer. Responsibilities: lead development and validation of novel AI endpoints, leverage advanced analytics and ML/AI tools for clinical trial insights, and drive strategic collaborations to transform Oncology research. Collaborate across functions such as medical, regulatory, and clinical development to deploy data science solutions supporting trial design and regulatory submissions. Qualifications: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, biostatistics, data science, or outcomes research, with experience in high-dimensional datasets, healthcare data (EHR, imaging, omics), and oncology. Preferred: knowledge of genitourinary cancers, hematology/oncology training, and R&D experience in pharma or biotech. High-Value: oncology (Prostate Cancer), clinical-stage programs, AI endpoint development, real-world evidence, external partnerships. Work setup: on-site in NJ, PA, CA, or MA with up to 10% travel.
