Role: Director of Data, Data Science, and AI in Oncology, focusing on Prostate Cancer within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D. Responsibilities: lead development and validation of novel AI-driven endpoints, oversee strategy for clinical and real-world data, and drive innovative analytics and digital health approaches to enhance clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and external partners to deploy advanced ML/AI solutions, support trial design, and uncover insights from complex datasets. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, clinical oncology, or relevant data science fields; experience working with high-dimensional healthcare datasets, predictive modeling, and external collaborations; strong understanding of oncology clinical paradigms. Preferred: genitourinary oncology expertise, hematology/oncology fellowship, prior pharma/biotech R&D experience, regulatory science knowledge.
