Role: Director within Johnson & Johnson's Data Science Portfolio Management team, focusing on Oncology Therapeutic Area, specifically Prostate Cancer programs. Responsibilities: lead development and validation of novel AI-driven endpoints, oversee data science solutions supporting clinical trial design and regulatory submissions, and collaborate across functions including Medical, Regulatory, and Clinical Development. Drive innovation through AI, digital health, and advanced statistical methods; manage internal and external partnerships; and serve as the strategic scientific leader for oncology data initiatives. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, data science, or outcomes research; strong expertise in high-dimensional healthcare datasets, predictive analytics, and oncology clinical practices. Preferred qualifications include genitourinary oncology familiarity, hematology/oncology fellowship, and R&D experience in pharma or biotech.
