Role: Director within Johnson & Johnson's Data Science Portfolio Management team, focusing on Oncology Therapeutic Area, specifically Prostate Cancer. Responsibilities: lead development and validation of innovative AI endpoints, oversee data science solutions for clinical trial design, real-world evidence, and novel analytics; manage cross-functional collaborations and external partnerships; serve as strategic scientific leader for two clinical-stage prostate cancer programs, integrating advanced analytics and ML/AI tools to support clinical development and regulatory submissions. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with at least 8 years of drug development or related experience in biotech, AI, or outcomes research; strong expertise in oncology, high-dimensional datasets, predictive analytics, and healthcare data (EHR, imaging, omics). Preferred: genitourinary oncology knowledge, hematology/oncology fellowship, R&D experience in pharma/biotech, understanding of regulatory science. Work Setup: on-site in multiple U.S. locations, up to 10% travel.
