Role: Director of Data, Data Science, and AI in Oncology, focusing on bladder cancer within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D. Responsibilities: lead strategic, scientific, and technical efforts to develop AI-driven solutions for late-stage oncology programs, including trial design, real-world evidence, digital pathology, and novel endpoints; manage internal teams and external partnerships; collaborate across functions such as Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, biostatistics, outcomes research, or related fields; experience with high-dimensional healthcare data, machine learning, and clinical oncology; proven leadership in cross-functional projects and external collaborations; strong communication skills. Preferred: knowledge in genitourinary oncology, hematology, R&D experience at pharma/biotech, and regulatory science familiarity. High-value: focus on bladder cancer, late-stage clinical programs, AI/ML applications, digital health technologies, and advanced analytics. Location: onsite in NJ, PA, CA, or MA with up to 10% travel.
