Role: Lead research on Pfizer's AI experience within Customer Experience, owning evidence-based evaluation of AI adoption, trust, and impact on colleagues. Qualifications: Bachelor's in human-centered fields; 8+ years in UX or behavioral research; 2+ years managing research teams; proficiency in research methods, behavioral analytics, and tools like Python, R, SPSS. Preferred: advanced degree, 10+ years' experience in regulated industries (life sciences/healthcare), expertise in AI-enabled research, and strategic CX capability development.
