Role: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of research to evaluate Pfizer’s enterprise AI experiences, focusing on colleague adoption, trust, and impact within a regulated environment. Responsibilities: build and mentor a high-performing CX research team supporting AI-enabled internal platforms; personally conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability tests, and behavioral data analysis; develop and operationalize AI-driven research methods and feedback loops; evaluate emerging AI research tools; define and manage enterprise-wide measurement strategies for AI adoption; collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunity areas and translate insights into experience improvements; stay abreast of industry trends in AI, behavior, and workplace technology. Requirements: Bachelor’s in human-centered or behavioral research field; 8+ years in UX or behavioral research; 2+ years leading research teams; experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods; proficiency in behavioral analytics and tools like Python, R, survey/statistical software; experience with AI research tools and telemetry data analysis. Preferred: advanced degree, 10+ years of research experience, background in healthcare or regulated industries, and strong leadership capabilities.
