Role: Lead the technical strategy and execution for Jazz's Customer Analytics & Insights and Performance Analytics & Optimization teams, focusing on enhancing enterprise digital platforms for marketing and insights. Responsibilities: define and drive technology roadmaps, oversee scalable, secure analytics platforms including Power BI, predictive analytics, and marketing mix solutions; manage vendor relationships; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment, compliance, and effective data governance; lead and develop high-performing technical teams; translate business needs into technical solutions supporting enterprise reporting and insights. Requirements: Bachelor's in a technical field; 10+ years in software engineering, enterprise platform delivery, with 3+ years managing technical teams; expertise in cloud data platforms (Redshift, Snowflake), programming (Python, R), analytics architecture, and enterprise reporting solutions; experience with AI/ML deployment and governance; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
