What You Will Do:
- Work with the Obesity brand marketing team to coordinate customer capabilities execution with GCCI Transformation, Media, Production, Channel Operations, and Business Analytics & Insights.
- Lead weekly โpodโ interactions across GCCI channel operations teams to uncover optimization insights and expand capability utilization.
- Educate and drive adoption of new self-service tools and centralized capabilities to enable efficient content discovery, reuse, creation, and deployment.
- Share channel-specific best practices and toolkits to enable scalable Brand team execution.
- Support cross-channel pilots/test-and-learns for new formats, journeys, and automation.
- Document results, learnings, and best practices to strengthen content capabilities and contribute to global standards/training.
- Stay current on industry content innovations and recommended practices.
- Partner with GCCI BAI and decision science teams to deliver performance tracking and operational dashboards.
- Liaise with enterprise platform owners (e.g., DAM, Veeva, MLR systems) to ensure system alignment and content flow.
What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 4 years marketing/content strategy and/or engagement operations
- OR Masterโs + 7 years
- OR Bachelorโs + 9 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in content operations, digital marketing, brand execution, or cross-channel engagement
- Experience with content deployment ecosystems (CRM, DAMs, tagging/trafficking)
- Strong project/stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration
- Build/optimize playbooks, templates, SOPs
- Familiarity with content effectiveness/performance KPIs (reuse, time-to-market, engagement)
- Strong analytics/organization and communication
- Agency/operations/brand experience in matrixed environments; comfort with ambiguity; regulated/life sciences experience
