Key Responsibilities:
- Create and steward the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery for CRM capabilities/functions, aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Drive CRM Product Innovation, championing adoption of advanced CRM technologies (including AI) and processes.
- Gather and translate CRM requirements by collecting/interpreting business needs into system and process improvements using technology, analytics, and best practices.
- Deliver product management excellence: disciplined execution, predictable and high-quality releases, and continuous improvement.
- Transform business processes by analyzing gaps and designing/implementing/scaling data-driven, technology-enabled improvements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to secure input, feedback, and alignment on CRM initiatives.
- Ensure governance & compliance through governance frameworks meeting regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Build and develop high-performing teams by recruiting, mentoring, and leading Product Owners; manage dependencies and foster innovation.
- Drive change enablement by aligning stakeholders, identifying risks, and removing barriers to adoption.
- Evangelize CRM strategy and communicate impact through meetings and targeted communications.
- Optimize CRM investment with prioritization and build vs. buy analyses.
- Maintain industry awareness of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), trends, and best practices.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven success leading product management for large-scale CRM transformation (delivery, change management, UX, governance, comms strategy, risk/compliance mitigation).
- 7+ years in product management, technology strategy, innovation, or leadership (preferably pharma/healthcare/CRM).
- Deep understanding of the CRM landscape including Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Core) and Veeva.
- Deep expertise in CRM, AI, and data platforms/architectures (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake, data lake technologies).
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and emerging AI.
- Experience managing product management team operations (backlog health/prioritization, agile practices/ceremonies, strategic innovation).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to build/lead high-performing teams.
- People management experience in CRM/AI/technology/data-driven environments required.
- Ability to foster cross-functional stakeholder alignment for a global, commercial CRM strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected range: $185,500–$344,500 per year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on level).

Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ; not remote.
- 15% travel as defined by the business.
