Director, CRM Product Owner

Location: East Hanover, NJ (not remote). Travel: 15%.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and steward CRM Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery; align with business goals/stakeholders.
- Drive CRM product innovation, including adoption of advanced CRM technologies (AI) to optimize customer engagement and deliver actionable insights.
- Gather CRM requirements; translate business needs into tech/analytics/best-practice improvements.
- Deliver high-quality, predictable releases; continuous product management improvement.
- Transform business processes by designing, implementing, and scaling data-driven/technology-enabled solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration; ensure governance/compliance for regulatory, privacy, and compliance.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead Product Owners; drive change enablement and adoption.
- Evangelize CRM strategy; optimize CRM investment (prioritize, build vs. buy analysis).
- Maintain industry awareness of CRM platforms and trends.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven success leading large-scale CRM transformation (delivery, change management, UX, governance, comms, risk/compliance mitigation).
- 7+ years in product management/technology strategy/innovation/leadership (pharma/healthcare/CRM preferred).
- Deep CRM landscape expertise (Sales/Marketing/Service) including Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing/Health/Data Cloud, Core) and Veeva.
- Deep expertise in CRM, AI, and data platforms/architectures (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake).
- Deep pharma industry knowledge (regulatory, market dynamics, emerging AI).
- Experience running product management team operations (backlog health/prioritization, agile practices).
- Leadership/communication skills; people management experience; strong analytical/problem-solving.
- Ability to foster cross-functional stakeholder alignment and adapt to evolving tech.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary expected: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.
