Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the CRM & Marketing Technology strategy aligned with commercial brand plans, field engagement, and digital transformation.
- Advise Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Digital Engagement leaders; monitor trends and customer expectations.
- Own Veeva CRM (including MyInsights, CLM, Events Management, approved email) and oversee Salesforce capabilities (CRM, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Experience Cloud).
- Ensure seamless integration across CRM, MDM, data platforms, digital channels, and analytics; improve field usability, data quality, and workflows.
- Lead the MarTech stack: marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Veeva CRM Engage), CDP/identity resolution, digital content management/modular content (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats), and journey orchestration/personalization.
- Lead data strategy using Informatica (IDMC, IICS, MDM, DQ) and ensure CRM/digital engagement data flows into analytics/dashboards/AI models.
- Deliver capabilities using Agile/product methods; manage vendors/partners; ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR/GxP and audit controls.
- Enable adoption via training/change management and partner cross-functionally (Commercial Ops, Field, Brand, Digital, Compliance, Legal, Global IT).
Required:
- 10+ years in CRM/MarTech/Digital/Commercial IT (prefer pharma/life sciences).
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Hands-on Veeva CRM, Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud), Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Informatica.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement, digital campaigns, field enablement, content activation, data flows, and analytics.
- Proven delivery of complex CRM/MarTech in matrixed environments; lead technical teams/agencies/vendors.
