Role: Strategic partner to the Head of Strategic CRM Development and External Liaison within Novartis' Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism Development Unit, focusing on shaping strategy, engagement, and organizational impact. Responsibilities: lead integrated communications and culture initiatives to enhance stakeholder alignment, develop strategic communications on development priorities and achievements, support portfolio strategy and business development through cross-functional collaboration, lead competitive intelligence efforts, drive external collaborations including TransCelerate activities, facilitate leadership forums, support portfolio governance and resource planning, and prepare senior leadership reports. Requirements: Master's or Doctorate in Life Sciences or MBA with scientific background; significant pharma industry experience in drug development or healthcare; proven success in managing complex cross-functional projects; strong understanding of early and late-stage drug development; experience with external partnerships, competitive intelligence, and portfolio management; excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills; fluency in English. Preferred: experience with industry consortia, familiarity with SharePoint, data visualization, AI tools, and global leadership support.
