Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative & Brand Strategy, the Director of Design Strategy & Brand Stewardship drives creative excellence of the BMS brand across key enterprise platforms and stewards creative strategy/governance across Corporate Communications, Affairs, and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative strategy and design direction for internal/external corporate brand (supporting Tier 1; leading Tier 2).
- Direct clear, compelling, integrated creative work across designers, content creators, and production teams to build an elevated asset portfolio.
- Manage agency relationships, onboarding, consultations, and design reviews for external partners.
- Pursue bold/disruptive design while ensuring assets meet brand guidelines.
- Enforce companywide brand standards to maintain design integrity across internal/external communications.
- Serve as creative/brand consultant to stakeholders (e.g., Congress Teams, Talent Acquisition, Real Estate & Workplace Solutions, Inclusion & Culture).
- Use trends, insights, and process improvement to elevate BMS reputation.
- Set brand asset and creative direction across omni-channel.
- Partner with a Project Manager to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 10 years corporate or agency design experience.
- Degree and/or certifications in Graphic Design/Advertising.
- Exceptional leadership and communication.
- Portfolio showing 360 creative campaigns (content/advertising) and knowledge of new media formats.
- Strong design, copy, photography/videography best practices; brand development and multichannel concepts.
- Deep experience directing photography, illustration, and video.
- Adobe Creative Suite (expert-level) and varied software/digital platforms.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Princeton, NJ: $187,340–$227,012 (plus potential incentive cash/stock).
