Corporate Functions
Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of philanthropic programs, including signature giving initiatives and global volunteer efforts.
- Manage nonprofit partnerships, grants, budgets, and vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
- Represent the company at community, nonprofit, and industry events to strengthen relationships and elevate visibility.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including giving campaigns, matching gifts, and skills-based volunteering.
- Collaborate with employee resource networks and cross-functional teams on community engagement.
- Partner with Communications to translate impact into stories, materials, and executive-ready content.
- Contribute to corporate responsibility and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop the corporate responsibility team member.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate responsibility or related fields.
- Proven ability to design and execute corporate responsibility strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience managing nonprofit partnerships, grantmaking, and employee engagement programs.
- Strong program and project management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communicator with experience developing impact stories and executive materials.
- Experience managing budgets and vendors.
- Executive presence with senior leaders and external audiences.
- Industry experience and exposure to ESG strategy/reporting preferred.
