Responsibilities:
- Provide timely compliance advice and guidance to integrate compliance into business processes for commercial and medical affairs.
- Serve as liaison between compliance and commercial/medical teams to drive compliant activity.
- Collaborate with business partners; act quickly with thoughtful advice.
- Develop and deliver targeted training.
- Monitor activities for alignment with healthcare compliance requirements.
- Detect compliance risks and coordinate systems/processes/training/resources to mitigate risk.
- Strategize and implement approaches to address industry compliance risks.
- Evaluate options and technology to enhance business processes.
- Adapt compliance strategies to regulatory changes, trends, and best practices.
- Challenge conventional compliance models to support appropriate innovation.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree + at least 15 years compliance-related experience.
- Compliance business partner experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of federal/state laws and regulations and industry codes (e.g., OIG Compliance Program Guidance; PhRMA Code).
- Ability to critically analyze business/regulatory information and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can work independently and recommend solutions.
- Experience with change management in a high-growth environment.

Preferred:
- Masterโ€™s or Juris Doctor.
- CHC and/or CCEP.
- Clinical stage compliance experience.
