Director Continuous Improvement

Role: Director of Continuous Improvement focused on deploying Repligen Business System (RPS) within SG&A functions to enhance operational excellence, customer experience, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: lead RPS implementation, facilitate process improvements, conduct value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and lean tool deployment; build leadership capabilities; promote a culture of continuous problem-solving; support strategic initiatives including digital RPS adoption; collaborate with functional leaders and executive steering committees; manage project funnels and track KPIs. Requirements: bachelor’s in engineering, science, operations, or business; 10+ years of coaching and managing across senior levels, with 12+ years experience in Lean/Six Sigma, implementing TPS/lean fundamentals such as visual management, standard work, and value stream analysis; strong interpersonal and influencing skills; proven leadership in complex, global environments; excellent communication skills.
