Role Summary
Director of Consumer Marketing for CRSwNP responsible for leading US marketing strategy development and implementation for CRSwNP indications, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Reports to the Senior Director, CRSwNP Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of the Consumer CRSwNP strategy and ensuring it aligns with the overall brand strategy
- Oversee media planning and buying across digital and offline channels such as TV/Online Video, programmatic and endemic display, Social and Search
- Build and maintain a customer relationship (CRM) platform across online and offline channels and oversee creation of email and other communications
- Manage multiple agencies to build creative across the digital ecosystem (eg. website, banners, social ads, emails)
- Strong collaboration in matrix working environment and within a strategic alliance
Qualifications
- Required: 12+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or relevant healthcare experience
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical new products commercialization, forecasting and opportunity assessment
- Preferred: Experience working in an alliance partnership and influencing across matrix organizations
- Preferred: Immunology, dermatology, and/or respiratory marketing experience
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY
Skills
- Knowledgeable in DTC media and ROI analysis across all DTC channels
- Expertise in digital media execution and CRM, including working with creative agencies and regulatory/legal review processes (e.g., MLR, JRC)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic, scientific, and analytical competence with a results-focused mindset
- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
