Director, Congresses and Campaigns (Hybrid) โ€” New Brunswick, NJ

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy, planning, and execution for priority scientific congresses and integrated campaigns across Innovative Medicine.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area teams, Public Affairs, and regional CPA leads to elevate execution quality and reduce duplication.
- Drive strategic consistency, scale, and execution excellence for major external moments worldwide using centralized strategy, frameworks, toolkits, and orchestration (without replacing TA scientific/content ownership).
- Serve as DRI for global congress and campaign strategy, execution frameworks, asset models, governance, and orchestration of priority global moments.
- Lead development of standardized congress and campaign playbooks, asset frameworks, and execution models.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area Communications and Medical Affairs to shape scientific and narrative strategy.
- Coordinate with HUB capabilities for integrated media, digital, issues, and measurement support.
- Enable markets with adaptable toolkits and guidance for consistent, compliant execution.
- Capture insights and performance data to inform continuous improvement.
- Advise CPA leadership on prioritization of high-impact external moments.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
- 12+ yearsโ€™ experience in communications, campaigns, or external engagement.
- Demonstrated experience leading global congress or large-scale campaign programs.
- Strong understanding of scientific, medical, and policy-adjacent communications environments.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across regions.
- Strong influencing, planning, and execution capabilities.
