Director, Congresses and Campaigns (Hybrid, New Brunswick, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy, planning, and execution for priority scientific congresses and integrated campaigns across Innovative Medicine.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area teams, Public Affairs, and regional CPA leads to elevate execution quality and reduce duplication/complexity.
- Provide central strategy, frameworks, toolkits, and orchestration to align congresses and campaigns worldwide while TA teams own scientific content and disease narratives.
- Serve as DRI for global congress/campaign strategy, execution frameworks, asset models, and governance (including orchestration of priority global moments).
- Lead global congress and campaign strategy for priority therapeutic areas and enterprise initiatives.
- Develop standardized playbooks, asset frameworks, and execution models.
- Partner with Therapeutic Area Communications and Medical Affairs to shape scientific and narrative strategy.
- Coordinate with HUB capabilities for integrated media, digital, issues, and measurement support.
- Enable markets with adaptable toolkits and guidance for consistent, compliant execution.
- Capture insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Advise CPA leadership on prioritization of high-impact external moments.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in communications, campaigns, or external engagement.
- Demonstrated experience leading global congress or large-scale campaign programs.
- Strong understanding of scientific/medical/policy-adjacent communications.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs across regions.
- Strong influencing, planning, and execution capabilities.
