Role: Lead global competitive intelligence (CI) for preclinical to late-stage oncology assets, with a focus on informing asset strategies and supporting key development decisions. Responsibilities: analyze and track competitor safety, efficacy, and standard of care trends across indications like SCLC, Neuroendocrine, and HNSCC; evaluate emerging modalities such as ADC, TCE, and CAR T; develop and execute CI plans, create strategic insights, and influence senior management. Collaborate with R&D, Business Development, Medical Affairs, and external vendors; maintain CI tools, repositories, and platforms; ensure compliance with SOPs and CI policies. Requirements: Bachelor's in health/life sciences; 7-9 years in pharma/biotech, including 3-5+ years in CI or pipeline research; oncology development or regulatory experience preferred. Skills: expert in CI methodologies, strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; proficiency with CI vendors and tech-enabled solutions. High-Value: Oncology (SCLC, Neuroendocrine, HNSCC), emerging MOAs, preclinical to late-stage development, strategic decision support, global and US experience. WorkSetup: location flexible within US; travel as needed.
