The Director, Compass Operational Excellence Design establishes and owns the global Compass Operational Excellence (OpEx) maturity model, partnering with Site OpEx teams to achieve network-wide goals for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP).
Responsibilities
- Designing, testing, and improving OpEx elements, tools, and standards
- Developing training programs
- Leveraging digital/AI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of operational excellence experience (3+ in leadership)
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience with digital/AI integration
