Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 12+ years in supply chain, with 5+ in comparator sourcing; 5+ years in leadership and team development. High-value specifics: experience in global biopharma supply chains within the biotech/pharma industry, familiarity with clinical trial supply, regulatory requirements (cGMP, ICH/GDP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11), and vendor oversight. The role requires strong influencing, communication, analytical skills, and cross-cultural awareness. The position reports to senior leadership, involves strategic stakeholder management, and operates within a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a focus on oncology clinical development programs.
