Role: Global Brand and Portfolio Marketing Director for Canine/Dog Vaccines within the Companion Animal Business unit, focusing on strategy, launch, and growth of vaccine products. Responsibilities: lead global marketing strategies, develop product positioning, craft messaging, oversee campaigns, and drive category growth aligned with division goals. Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Define and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, set KPIs, and leverage customer insights and segmentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10-15+ years in marketing, product management, or related sales support, with experience leading international teams, managing large budgets, and executing global product launches. Skills: strategic planning, brand messaging, market research, portfolio management, cross-cultural influence, and proficiency with marketing methodologies. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or equivalent), experience in Animal Health, especially vaccine industry, and familiarity with vaccine development stages. High-Value: focus on animal vaccines, global scope, strategic launches, and cross-functional influence. WorkSetup: hybrid in Rahway, NJ; travel up to 40%, including Europe, Asia, South America.
