Director, Commercial Supply Chain

Role: Director of Commercial Supply Chain responsible for leading end-to-end planning and launch readiness for IDEAYA's first commercial product, Darovasertib. Objectives include ensuring product availability, compliance, and robust supply chain performance. Responsibilities encompass developing demand/supply plans, managing inventory, overseeing packaging and logistics vendors, leading supply review meetings, and collaborating with Quality, CMC, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure GxP compliance and alignment with registration timelines. Qualifications: BA/BS in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Engineering; 10+ years in biotech/pharma supply chain with at least 3 years in late-stage or commercial readiness; experience managing external manufacturing, GMP/GDP knowledge, and supply planning tools. Preferred: experience with California Board of Pharmacy licensing, global distribution, and advanced analytics. High-Value: biologic or small-molecule product, late-stage development or commercial launch, GxP compliance, cross-functional leadership, and global logistics expertise. Work Setup: Onsite in South San Francisco, 4 days/week, with domestic and international travel.
