Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-brand and cross-functional integration efforts to ensure operational efficiency.
- Translate corporate goals into annual operational plans for international divisions.
- Oversee international distributor relationships to ensure effective product delivery and adherence to service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to align commercial objectives.
- Manage thought leadership initiatives and enhance executive visibility for business unit leaders.
- Conduct strategic projects, including indication assessments and pipeline recommendations.
- Analyze emerging trends and unmet needs in rare and ultra-rare disease markets.
- Evaluate industry data and brand performance metrics to support delivery of brand objectives.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience, including 4–6 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical market with rare disease expertise.
- Required experience in business development, commercial operations, brand marketing, or consulting.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel internationally (10–15%).
- Remote-based role.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Advanced degrees (PhD, MD, MBA).
- Franchise or brand-level marketing experience.
- Consulting background.
- Product launch expertise.
