Role Responsibilities:
- Primary liaison between commercial operations and field colleagues.
- Guide field CRM implementation and maintenance with CRM vendor input and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access).
- Review incentive compensation and Rx allocation challenges.
- Manage field alignment (field roster, zip-to-territory, HCO/HCP targeting, and DCRs) with field colleague and analytics vendor input.
- Maintain roster management.
- Coordinate/sample operations and logistics with sampling vendor and field colleagues.
- Coordinate fleet operations/logistics with fleet vendor and field leadership.
- Train field colleagues on subnational data sources, reporting tools, CRM, sampling, and fleet logistics.
- Facilitate credentialing and state licensing for field colleagues.
- As part of the team: lead CRM implementation/training/administration and lead sampling logistics/fleet vendor management.

Skills & Attributes (Required/Preferred):
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train cross-functional teams.
- PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Reporting tools experience.
- Veeva commercial platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, OpenData/Network).
- Experience with incentive compensation reporting and challenges.

Education & Experience:
- 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years in commercial operations or field training (required).
- 3+ years field experience as a representative / 1L manager / Medical Science Liaison (required).
- Prefer experience managing multiple vendors (CRM design, incentive compensation, sampling, fleet).
- Required: experience working with internal customers such as field teams.
- Demonstrated success optimizing field force effectiveness using performance metrics and deployment/alignment/targeting strategies.

Travel:
- Up to 15% travel (often outside local area; overnight).

Salary Range:
- $160,000–$185,000 (US).
