Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for regional customer teams supporting the U.S. HIV business; build and lead a high-performing field organization.
- Develop regional business plans, allocate resources, and ensure a consistent, customer-centered experience across priority healthcare professionals and accounts.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent; set expectations; lead performance management, development, succession, compensation, and recognition; coach and provide feedback.
- Build field capability in HIV disease state/market dynamics, strategic account management, customer engagement, access awareness, data-driven planning, and compliant execution.
- Own regional customer strategy and experience; develop and sustain relationships with key clinical and business decision-makers.
- Use approved insights and data to understand local HIV trends, account priorities, beliefs/behaviors, and access/utilization barriers.
- Coach customer team leaders and representatives to execute customer/account plans; partner with Market Access to translate access updates into compliant engagement.
- Translate national strategy into integrated regional plans; lead launch readiness and execution; make data-informed resource allocation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, approved labeling, policies, field guidance, and ethical practices.

Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA/MS preferred.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech Sales, Marketing, Market Access, account management, or related commercial function.
- 2+ years people-management experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- 3+ years developing relationships with healthcare professionals/health systems/specialty accounts.
- Demonstrated strategy-to-execution and data-informed prioritization/resource allocation.
- Cross-functional experience in regulated environments.
- Travel up to 50%; reside in the East Region (U.S.).

Preferred
- Director-level or second-line field leadership; HIV/infectious disease specialty experience.
- Understanding of HIV treatment/care ecosystem; launch/field-force/transformational experience; co-promotion/alliance experience.
