Director, Commercial Learning and Development

Role: Director of Commercial Training & Capabilities responsible for developing and leading Sarepta's commercial training strategy, with a focus on scientific, product, and disease education to enhance organizational knowledge in genetic medicine and rare disease therapeutics. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive training programs, implementing virtual engagement strategies, overseeing national and regional training events, and establishing metrics to measure training impact. This role ensures training materials comply with promotional review standards and fosters cross-functional alignment. Requirements: 10+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3-5 years in commercial training, ideally within rare disease or gene therapy fields; advanced degree such as PharmD or PhD preferred, or equivalent experience in gene therapy/RNA technologies; strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; experience with consultative selling and promotional review processes.
