Brief Description
Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics (Corporate Strategy). Lead forecasting activities and related processes; provide strategic insights to support decision-making for the sleep franchise. Collaborate cross-functionally to define commercial potential and the required investments/resources.

Responsibilities
- Independently lead high-impact, high-visibility forecasting initiatives with autonomy.
- Own end-to-end forecasting: scenario-based forecasts, ranges, sensitivities for operational and long-term planning; identify uncertainties/value drivers/risks and synthesize outcomes for senior leadership.
- Develop and govern forecasting & P&L models for marketed products and global pipeline programs.
- Influence in a matrixed organization across Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, Data Science, and Finance.
- Partner to define key business questions for research/consulting; deliver actionable, executive-ready analytics.
- Contribute to corporate strategy initiatives and special projects.
- Maintain and evolve product fact base/factbooks.
- Lead SOX and audit activities related to forecasting/financial reporting.
- Communicate forecasts, assumptions, methodologies, risks, and implications clearly and proactively.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years in commercial forecasting/insights & analytics/financial planning/management consulting in biopharma; neuroscience focus preferred.
- Advanced Excel-based modeling; proven ability to translate insights into โ€œstory with numbersโ€ (scenarios, tornado charts, waterfalls).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership/process development, project management, and executive communication/influence.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred.
