Brief Description
Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics (Corporate Strategy). Lead forecasting activities and business processes, providing strategic insights to support decision-making for the sleep franchise; collaborate cross-functionally to define commercial potential, investments, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex, high-visibility forecasting initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end forecasting process (scenario-based forecasts, ranges, sensitivities) for operational and long-term planning; identify uncertainties, value drivers, and risks.
- Develop and govern forecasting and P&L models for marketed products and global pipeline programs.
- Influence decisions across a matrixed organization (Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Ops, Data Science, Finance).
- Partner with Insights & Analytics, New Product Planning, and Competitive Intelligence to define key business questions and produce actionable outputs.
- Deliver executive-ready strategic analytics, visualizations, and narratives.
- Contribute to corporate strategy initiatives and special projects.
- Maintain and evolve product fact base/factbooks.
- Lead SOX compliance and audit activities related to forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure transparent, timely communication of forecasts, assumptions, methodologies, risks, and implications.

Qualifications/Skills
- 10+ years in commercial forecasting/insights & analytics/financial planning/consulting in biopharma (neuroscience focus preferred).
- Advanced Excel-based modeling; strong market/disease/product forecasting expertise; scenario and risk/uncertainty modeling.
- Cross-functional collaboration; leadership/process development; ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Strong project management, communication, and influence at senior levels.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
