Director, Commercial Data Strategy and Operations

Role: Develop and lead the commercial data strategy for a pharmaceutical launch, focusing on integrating data, technology, and external partners to enable business objectives. Responsibilities: translate business needs into data and capability requirements, evaluate and manage third-party data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva), oversee data ecosystem architecture, and shape data flows across HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and patient services. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring data governance, quality, and integration align with commercial goals. Requirements: experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences data strategy; strong knowledge of healthcare data, vendor management, and commercial technology ecosystems; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred: experience with HUB operations, specialty pharmacy, or patient data; prior leadership or vendor oversight roles. High-Value: commercial data strategy in pharma, healthcare data integration, vendor management, multi-platform ecosystems (Snowflake, Veeva, Salesforce, AWS), remote work with up to 10% travel.
