Responsibilities:
- Implement and operationalize the commercialization data product strategy; translate roadmap into delivery plans, release schedules, and product backlogs.
- Manage product lifecycle: lead sprint planning/backlog refinement/user stories/acceptance criteria; oversee end-to-end delivery (requirements→build/test/deploy/operate); maintain documentation, versioning, and support models.
- Partner with Brand, Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate workflows into technical requirements/design specs/user stories.
- Coordinate data integration and governance: ensure integration of HCP/patient/claims/CRM/distribution data; monitor data quality/completeness/latency; support business rules, metadata standards, and governance.
- Establish KPIs (refresh SLAs, latency, uptime, completeness/accuracy), troubleshoot incidents, drive root-cause/prevention, and ensure scalability/security/access controls.
- Drive adoption/value: develop enablement (training, launch comms, guides/dashboards), track usage and decision-impact, gather feedback for iteration.
- Manage vendors and budget related to assigned data products; evaluate technology/vendor options.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA/MS is a plus.
- 8+ years in commercial pharma/biotech data/analytics.
- 4+ years leading data product delivery.

Desired skills/competencies:
- Product ownership (backlog management, agile delivery, release planning, quality gates) and technical fluency with engineers/architects.
- Pharma commercialization operations knowledge; ability to translate business objectives into data product features.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
- Data/analytics fluency (architecture, integration patterns, MDM, business rules/metadata) and integration literacy (APIs, ETL/ELT, pipelines).
- Risk management, compliance mindset, change/adoption focus.

Compensation/benefits:
- Princeton, NJ: $197,800–$239,681 (plus possible incentive cash/stock eligibility).
