Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Commercial Data & Digital Solutions roadmap aligned to brand, portfolio, and enterprise priorities.
- Advise Commercial leaders on data, analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and develop teams (product owners, analysts, architects, delivery partners).
- Own end-to-end commercial data architecture and governance (HCP, patient, Rx, CRM, omnichannel, digital engagement, market/access).
- Oversee data integration, quality, stewardship, and compliance with GxP/GDPR/HIPAA.
- Drive enterprise data platform adoption, cloud (AWS/Azure), and master data management.
- Lead omnichannel solutions (CRM such as Veeva, marketing automation, content management, targeting/segmentation, engagement analytics) and personalize HCP/patient journeys.
- Enable AI/ML insights for forecasting, optimization, segmentation/targeting, payer analytics, and real-world evidence; deploy models into business workflows.
- Ensure scalable, compliant analytics environments for self-service BI.
- Deliver programs (ideation to deployment) using agile/product management; manage technology partners/agencies/vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Access and Value, Insights & Analytics, Compliance, Finance) and align global/regional IT.
Required:
- 10+ years in IT/Data/Digital/Commercial Technology in Life Sciences or regulated industry.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Strong knowledge of commercial pharma processes (brand planning, omnichannel marketing, field execution, incentive comp, analytics, payer dynamics).
- Enterprise-level digital/data/analytics program leadership.
- Hands-on with CRM/CLM (preferably Veeva), CDP/DMP, marketing automation, commercial data ecosystems.
- Cloud, data architecture, BI/analytics, and AI/ML expertise.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional matrix environments.
