Director, Commercial Analytics HIV Integrated Insights
Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks, activities, and contractors supporting the HIV business unit; lead complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead development of data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution.
- Develop and report performance/KPIs; share best practices across therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with brand marketing leadership to establish annual business analytics plans.
- Use data and analytics to develop key insights through the BPOA process.
- Conduct analytics projects (e.g., HCP/patient segmentation, customer journey & treatment flow analytics, sampling strategy).
- Design and implement HQ-facing dashboards and reports; evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies.
- Integrate insights from multiple sources to inform decisions; consolidate data into actionable brand opportunities and business cases.
- Integrate analytics context into Tactic Measurement and Marketing Mix to inform Forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new capabilities and AI technologies.
- Partner with marketing, commercial operations (digital analytics, data governance, sales analytics), and IT; serve as cross-functional SME.
- Lead quarterly functional reviews with stakeholders; manage external consulting resources.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong commercial analytics and project/initiative management experience.
- Pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight experience required.
- HIV/virology therapy experience foundation desired; provider-administered (e.g., buy-and-bill) product experience desired.
- MBA or Master’s preferred (healthcare, general management, analytics, data sciences).
- Ability to synthesize insights into strategic guidance and business decisions.
- Strong business/marketing acumen; excellent communication/interpersonal skills (consultative background preferred).
- Experience gaining consensus in matrix environments; collaborative/influencing approach.
- Proven storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Secondary data analysis with industry sources (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 12 years OR Master’s + 10 years OR PhD + 8 years.
