Director, Commercial Analytics (Commercial Effectiveness)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytically rigorous, high-impact insights to accelerate growth of Insmedโ€™s approved Respiratory portfolio asset and advance strategies to expand disease diagnosis and patient identification.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that optimize brand strategy and commercial performance.
- Monitor brand performance, competitive dynamics, and market trends; proactively identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Measure commercial effectiveness, promotional ROI, and market dynamics to optimize resource allocation.
- Quantify diagnostic opportunities; identify drivers to accelerate patient identification and disease diagnosis.
- Evaluate diagnosis expansion initiatives and recommend strategies to improve performance across the patient journey.
- Leverage real-world data and advanced analytics to inform disease awareness and diagnosis expansion strategies.
- Design and execute advanced analytics and predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and innovative data sources; foster analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Science, Health Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related quantitative field.
- 10+ years commercial experience in pharma/biotech (or equivalent).
- MBA or advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred; rare disease, specialty, or respiratory experience a plus.

Skills/Requirements:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data (sales, specialty pharmacy, payer, promotional/marketing, longitudinal patient-level).
- Expertise with claims/EMR and real-world data (APLD).
- Strong patient journey, treatment flow analysis, and disease epidemiology understanding.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally/matrix and autonomously.
- Communication skills to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS (or similar); Microsoft Office.
