Responsibilities:
- Lead as the external voice for clinical and health care economic information (HCEI), presenting to payers, PBMs, IDNs, health systems, and other decision-makers.
- Translate clinical data, RWE, and HEOR findings into payer-relevant value narratives for coverage and reimbursement decisions.
- Support development and compliant dissemination of value materials including AMCP dossiers, payer slide decks, and economic framework discussions (e.g., budget impact and cost-effectiveness).
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and HEOR to align payer insights with integrated evidence plans across pre-approval, launch, and lifecycle phases.
- Provide market feedback to inform RWE prioritization, strategy development, evidence gap identification, and execution of RWE initiatives.
- Support pathway inclusion strategies through collaboration on clinical and HEOR evidence submissions.
- Build relationships with payer/access stakeholders and understand the oncology access landscape, including regional payer policies and treatment pathways.
- Capture and communicate actionable access and reimbursement insights cross-functionally.
- Identify emerging access barriers, competitive dynamics, and evidence gaps.
- Ensure medical accuracy and compliance with regulatory, legal, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctoral-level degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, or equivalent).
- 5–10 years relevant industry experience in Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, or outcomes-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of commercial/government payer dynamics, formulary decision-making, oncology pathways, and U.S. reimbursement.
- Working knowledge of HEOR methods (budget impact, cost-effectiveness, PROs, indirect treatment comparisons).
- Demonstrated expertise communicating complex clinical/RWE to payers.
- Oncology experience required; NSCLC experience preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication.
