Role: Senior medical leader overseeing clinical value and access for cell therapy in the Northeast US, within Medical Affairs. Responsibilities: lead and develop a team of Medical Affairs professionals, guide strategic development of therapy area and market access plans, collaborate on global and regional medical strategies, and represent the company externally to stakeholders including medical communities and regulatory groups. Requirements: 8+ years relevant experience with advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD), deep clinical/scientific knowledge in immunology or inflammatory diseases, significant people management experience, fluency in German and English, and prior pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience. High-Value: focus on CAR T-cell therapies for cancer, leadership in medical strategy, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, international work environment, and regional responsibilities in the Northeast US (Maine to Upstate & Central New York). Work setup: likely field-based with regional scope; travel as needed.
