Director, Clinical Trial Portfolio Management

Role: Senior program and portfolio management leader overseeing clinical development strategies at CG Oncology, focused on bladder cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop and maintain integrated clinical program plans aligned with regulatory, registrational, and lifecycle milestones; translate strategy into cross-functional execution plans supporting clinical, regulatory, CMC, safety, biometrics, quality, and commercial functions; lead matrixed teams, manage risks, budgets, governance, and inspection readiness; support global regulatory pathways and submission timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 10–15+ years in biotech/pharma clinical or program management, with extensive experience in Phase 2/3 registrational programs, global regulatory processes, and cross-functional leadership; proven ability to translate complex strategies into executable plans and dashboards; stakeholder management and influence skills essential.
