Director, Clinical Supply Chain & Planning

Role: Director of Clinical Supply Chain & Planning responsible for end-to-end management of domestic and international clinical trial product fulfillment, including labeling, packaging, and distribution. Ensures compliance with FDA, GCP, GMP, and DOT regulations. Responsibilities: develop procurement strategies, oversee vendor relationships, establish supply chain and warehousing teams, monitor inventory, conduct cost analyses, and implement risk management. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, finance, and clinical teams; acts as primary contact for leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related; 10+ years of experience in biotech or pharma supply chain/procurement, with leadership in site operations, vendor management, and team development. Skills: strategic thinking, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, supply chain optimization, proficiency in supply chain tools, and ability to influence cross-functionally. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience with radiopharmaceuticals or oncology clinical programs. Work setup: remote in the U.S., with travel up to 20% within the U.S.
