Director, Clinical Supply Chain Operations

Role: Director, Clinical Supply Chain Operations overseeing global demand planning and Investigational Material delivery for clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies for production, packaging, distribution, and logistics; manage vendor relationships with CMOs, CROs, 3PLs, and other partners; establish KPIs and governance; translate clinical protocols into supply plans; monitor budgets and forecasts; oversee compliance, regulatory filings, and audit readiness; support digital transformation initiatives; mentor staff and ensure supply continuity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science or business; 10+ years in clinical supply chain and logistics; proven leadership in a matrixed environment; extensive knowledge of drug development phases and clinical trial supply processes. Preferred: Master’s/MBA, development experience. High-Value: experience managing supply for multi-phase global clinical programs, including regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and vendor management. Work Setup: hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ; approximately 25% travel.
