Role: Director of Clinical Supply Chain responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical drug supply for late-phase programs at Olema Oncology. Primary objectives include ensuring uninterrupted supply, leading supply chain strategy, and supporting clinical trial execution for pivotal Phase 3 studies of palazestrant in metastatic breast cancer, with potential transition toward commercial readiness. Responsibilities encompass global supply planning, vendor management, inventory control, contingency planning, IRT/RTSM strategy, regulatory compliance, and budget management, collaborating closely with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and external vendors. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, risk mitigation, and clinical supply readiness for regulatory submissions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or supply chain discipline; 15+ years in biotech/pharma, with 8+ years in clinical supply chain management, particularly late-stage/registrational studies, oncology experience preferred. Deep understanding of GMP and global regulatory requirements, clinical supply systems, and experience managing complex, international supply operations including comparator drugs. Attributes include strategic thinking, leadership, project management excellence, proactive risk identification, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in San Francisco or Cambridge, with occasional travel. Compensation range: $205,000–$235,000 annually plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
