Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Role: Director of Clinical Supply Chain overseeing all aspects of global late-phase clinical drug supply for Olema's oncology programs, including the company's pivotal Phase 3 trials of palazestrant. Objectives include ensuring uninterrupted supply, managing vendor partnerships, and supporting study execution toward registration and commercialization. Responsibilities: lead supply chain strategy and execution, develop demand forecasts, oversee inventory and distribution, manage scenario planning and contingency strategies, coordinate packaging, labeling, and supply activities, support regulatory submissions, and ensure GMP, GCP, GDP compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related field; 15+ years biopharma experience with 8+ years in clinical supply chain management; deep knowledge of end-to-end clinical supply processes, GMP regulations, and global trial execution; extensive experience managing complex clinical programs, including late-stage and NDA preparations; proven leadership and project management skills.
