Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Role: Lead global clinical supply chain management for Syndax’s oncology trials, primarily supporting large Phase III studies and smaller early-stage programs. Responsibilities: develop and implement integrated supply strategies, oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, and vendor management; translate clinical protocols and enrollment forecasts into supply plans; conduct risk management and contingency planning for delays and demand fluctuations; manage external partners including CDMOs, CMOs, CROs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CMC, quality, clinical operations, regulatory, finance) to ensure seamless supply execution; mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance team culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in pharma or biotech supply chain, with significant experience supporting Phase I-III clinical development; expertise in global supply planning, cold and ambient chain products, and managing external vendors; strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder influence skills; excellent communication abilities. Preferred: Advanced degree, APICS certification.
