Clinical Research and Development
Role: Lead clinical scientist for Bicycle Therapeutics' innovative programs, guiding early to pivotal clinical trial strategies for Bicycle molecules, including Bicycle Drug Conjugates targeting EphA2 and Nectin-4 in oncology. Responsibilities: design and author clinical protocols, lead data review and interpretation, and serve as the scientific partner to clinical leads; develop and present scientific content for regulatory and internal purposes; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external investigators. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or equivalent with extensive biotech/pharma experience in clinical research; expertise in trial design, data analysis, GCP/ICH, and regulatory standards; oncology experience essential, radiopharmaceutical knowledge desirable. HighValue: oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, early to late-stage (IND to pivotal) studies, biomarker strategies, and imaging endpoints. WorkSetup: hybrid in Lexington, MA (3 days onsite/week).
