Director, Clinical Science

Role: Senior Clinical Science professional supporting the development and execution of clinical development plans for cell therapy assets, specifically TIL therapy for cancer. Responsibilities: contribute to global clinical development strategies, support data analysis, clinical documentation, protocol design, and regulatory submissions; represent Clinical Science in cross-functional teams, including collaborations with investigators, KOLs, and vendors; assist in training, study site support, and communications strategies. Requirements: 7+ years oncology clinical trial experience, 5+ years in clinical science/clinical development; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; experience with cell therapy, data review, and clinical documentation; strong understanding of GCP, FDA, ICH, and other regulatory standards; excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
