Director, Clinical Science

Role: Director of Clinical Science supporting early-stage oncology programs at Janux Therapeutics, focusing on immunotherapy innovation. Responsibilities: collaborate on clinical development strategies, support trial design and execution with Clinical Operations, contribute to clinical documentation (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, CSR), review and analyze clinical data for safety and efficacy, and assist in regulatory documentation and interactions. Qualifications: BS in life sciences; 8+ years industry experience, including 5+ years in clinical trial conduct as a Clinical Scientist; deep knowledge of oncology drug development, study design, GxP, and regulatory standards. Preferred: advanced degree (MS or PhD), expertise in immunotherapy modalities, and experience with clinical trial oversight. High-Value: oncology therapeutics, early clinical stage (pre-IND to Ph1), GCP compliance, data review and trend analysis, cross-functional team leadership. Work setup: hybrid in San Diego, remote with up to 25% travel for meetings or site visits.
