Director, Clinical Research Scientist IAI

Role: Clinical Scientist supporting early and late-stage clinical development in oncology and immunology at Incyte. Responsibilities: develop protocols, contribute to program strategies, draft and review scientific documents (e.g., IND amendments, IBs, reports), monitor safety and efficacy data, serve as clinical lead for study presentations, and liaise with project teams, CROs, and external experts. Qualifications: degree in scientific/life sciences; Pharm.D. or Ph.D. preferred; minimum 5 years drug development experience, with dermatology or immunology background preferred; strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
