Role: Global Pain Clinical Research Scientist (CRS), providing scientific expertise throughout the drug development lifecycle, from trial design to regulatory submission and post-launch support. Responsibilities: develop and contribute to global medical and clinical strategies, oversee clinical trial design and execution, ensure regulatory compliance, support scientific communication, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Business units. Responsibilities also include stakeholder engagement, investigator training, and contributing to regulatory filings and scientific publications. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, DVM, MSN/NP) with 5+ years (or BS/MS with 7–10 years) in clinical or pharmaceutical fields; experience in clinical trials, drug development, or related areas; demonstrated ability to balance scientific and business priorities; excellent communication and influencing skills; willingness to travel.
