Director, Clinical Pharmacology- Inflammation

Role: Director of Clinical Pharmacology for Inflammation at Gilead, responsible for leading complex clinical pharmacology studies supporting Phase 1-4 development. Objectives include providing strategic leadership, developing innovative pharmacology tools, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities encompass study design, cross-functional collaboration, authoring regulatory documents, and maintaining SOPs. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD with 8+ years' experience in clinical pharmacology or related fields; proficiency in pharmacokinetic software (e.g., WinNonlin). Preferred: in-depth knowledge of current scientific standards and regulatory guidelines; strong communication and leadership skills; experience with global regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, and pediatric plans. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on inflammation, involvement across all clinical stages, and expertise in pharmacokinetics. Location: Foster City, CA, on-site.
